Anyone who is following politics can see the ascendancy of the Left and decline of the Right. While there is no doubt that we are heading for a major political disaster, there is still time to save this ship - about nine months. Conservatives need to stop complaining, and work together on a strategy that can reverse course. Rather than play defense, that will never win, we need to go on the offense.

A classic example of our failed strategy is demonstrated by conservative talk show hosts Bill O'reilly, Steve Malzberg, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity. They consistently complain about the Left destroying our country. But they absolutely refuse to consider how we can counter them. I have written to them repeatedly on how we can turn the tables on the entire liberal establishment by breaking their monopolistic control of our nation's educational system, which provides them with the worlds largest conglomerate. They use this to grease the wheels of government - local, state and federal, the media and countless advocacy groups. They also indoctrinate 85 percent of our nation's children.

A nation founded upon liberty should not be financially coercing parents to send their children to government run schools. No greater government sanctioned violation of civil rights exists in today's USA. All we need to do to break this monopoly is elect 435 new Congressmen and 35 new Senators this coming November 4, who are committed to passing the Civil Rights Act for Equal Educational Opportunity. This would require states to provide equitable educational funding for children in public and non-public schools, while respecting the liberty of schools in hiring and provision of services. This will return power to the people as required by the U.S. Constitution, and force the NEA to compete with parents and free enterprise. If any group of people can lead this battle it's the talk show people. They have the potential to change the conversation and change the tenor of this campaign.

I've spent many hours waiting on the phone to talk on these shows, but was only given the chance to blurt out one sentence before being cut off. My countless emails have been ignored. Is there anyone out there who can explain this phenomenon, or better yet, get through to them? This idea has not been patented, and those of you who are writing blogs are welcome to pick up and expand on this idea. The monopoly of the Left needs to end if we are to have a level political playing field and fix much of what is wrong with our educational system and government at all levels. Best wishes for much success. And if we fail, we can prepare to apply for food stamps, Medicaid, housing subsidies etc. And begin learning Arabic.

All the best.
