One thing a majority plus percentage of national, state, and local political candidates share in common is their lack of integrity based on vanity, personal greed, and compromises for contributions.

All that is needed to improve qualities of American governments are assets to entice people to bring incriminating information to a central resource for exposure to American voters. Combine five month time line to Presidential conventions with one million dollar bounties on current leading Presidential candidates more than enough time to achieve desired results. If the conservative organization described in this exercise is managed by people familiar with winning strategies, a subject for another day.

Private and public intelligence agents operate in different environments with different rules. It is quite conceivable that public sector agents will covertly assist those exposing unethical, corrupt, dangerous, America last political candidates and politicians.
