Being a retired US Marine that served two tours in combat in Vietnam and a career in Law enforcement with the Los Angeles Police Department, I am beyond words to discribe the outragge I fell for the lack of "backbone" our Country has to act on part of those lost sailers & the attack of the USS Cole with no retaliation to the Yemen Governm,ent.

Not to mention the lack of reponse of 283 Marines killed while they slept in Beirut in the 80's. We simply just cowardly ulled out. Are these miliary men worth anything or just stats like the 58,000 plus KIA's of the VietNam War.??

In any other area of our history, we would have waged war without a second thought if either one of these events occurred years ago. No bullshit about the world changing. You send young men to fight and die you had better back them up 110% i.e. Somalia!! A Disgrace. THIS NEEDS TO STOP LIKE WE ARE EXPENDABLE> WE HAVN"T LEARNED A DAMN THING FROM THE VIETNAMIZATION & WAR.
